Youths Necessity For Upgrading Agriculture

Living in todays' generation feels like everything is so complete since we have all the required needs fulfilled ,that we have achieved from the very past years. Lets see our advanced time, there are robots supporting humans in their works in various countries, artificial intelligence being introducing and many machines in various fields making work easier and simpler. This makes us know  that the development era has reached a major degree. New ideas, innovations and constructions  of youths are making the world more developed and systematic. In one sense, we can know  youths are becoming a global leader. We have seen a lot of reform in the field of science and technology, astrology, zeology,politics,etc. With the need and demand of time, an agriculture field also referring as a survival field or a existence field prior seems to be less flourished in terms of comparison. This is not truth worldwide i.e  there are some few countries,which are  both powerful and economically forward  being enriched with the wide agriculture development .But still many developing countries are dependent on importing of crops every year and have established the task as a remarked tradition. Agriculture history exists a far away,indeed very far, and today finding its development less,  becomes an act of shame in a fastly progressing world. We have not been able to find more  unique crops that exist here in the earth ,research based works on its field are lesser ,distribution of country specific crop in the world is limited and so on. The development is not satisfactory. What if only  each countries are able to fulfill the needs of sustaining crop in their own?

                      

The main reason for being agriculture not smoothly flourished maybe the way we see and take it,means that particularly we find parents and grandparents learning and taking agricultural works all by themselves and allowing their children only on other courses of studies like science ,management,etc. Hence we can clearly see the dominance towards farming .In an average study of mindset of people ,we can find that people have a mentality of defining  agriculture as a job of illiterate and household people .In such lower condition, development is hindered. When youths are removed from the consciousness, a track is muted. There are also several problems existing in many places for being down from the advanced agriculture like lack of mechanization and inputs due to the poverty.The world changing technology , astrology and other subjects maybe catching most of the attention of youth towards them which in return maybe making this field unnoticed. Recently , one of the main reason for this is no other than foreign employment. Most of the youths are making their wish fulfilled in foreign places like Australia, America,China, many other gulf countries ,etc.So, how can a country progress without the involvement of independent population?

Youths are the tomorrows future. Their innovative and creative mind can make a transform.Lets believe this.If they are engaged in farming ,they will be able to understand the scope,prospects and problems in this field. Youths can built the manpower and entrepreneurship projects in this sector,which is lacking.There are wide scopes in the field ; such as one can own vermicompost market, their own vegetable farm.poultry farm ,livestock farm, fishery market ,flower and plants nursery,etc. and  find a profit too. Different kinds of loan services are even being provided, which is very helpful for one individual for being secured. Government has also established different universities and colleges for persuing the bachelor and master degree in this field for the youths; almost in every countries. Systematically and scientifically ,we can view the agriculture field running and many research based projects progressing. Mechanization development flows rapid soon. If youths are actively participated, the production grows widely and a sustainable agriculture will be introduced to our generations. Now ,we can see how youths are mandatory for making a difference!
